dsimmons78 @munandmil 👋🏼 This garment is really aggressive and tight. You’d have to go up a few sizes to be comfortable. It’s made of latex so it would make you sweat if you wanted to go bigger and not waist train. If you go with comfortable you won’t get the benefit of this garment helping correct your posture also. I guess it depends on what you’re trying to achieve

dsimmons78 @munandmil yes, based on the size you mentioned you should be a size M (34). We I send garments I send a list of suggestions. One of them is to put a thin shirt underneath but it can be worn with or without. The garment should be hand washed
