BETSEY JOHNSON FLORAL DRESS

Sweet Betsey dress has a full circle skirt, a lining with tulle ruffle so you’ll never go limp, plus another lining under that. The back has a faux wrap with strap which could hide a bra if needed. I bought this new at Nordstrom and removed the tags but never wore it( brand new dress! Size 10, PTP 19”, waist 15 1/2” laid flat, waist to hem 23”. From a smoke and fur free home
