This is an awesome BETSEY JOHNSON 2011 Collection Black & White Striped Lace Up Dress. It has a black & white striped thick knit material, slightly puffed cap sleeve, side black panels, is not lined, lace up back, scoop neck and pullover style. Has some discoloration on the last white stripe on the back middle of hem. Hard to see. Please review pictures and zoom in. I have not tried to remove it nor has it been dry cleaned.
