The best in the game! I've used all of the top rated brow pencils (Anastasia of Beverly Hills, Stila, Mac, Bobby Brow) and this is by far THE BEST BROW PENCIL!! I, unfortunately, ordered the wrong shade. The box is unopened (I realized before I opened it out) so it's BRAND NEW!
