BEBE ARLENE CORSET BANDAGE DRESS XXSMALL

This is a great addition to any wardrobe. It's elegant and fits well. The banding on the dress is elastic and will give way a bit.  In the last image you will see that the middle panel on the top of the dress is a bit transparent.  I would not suggest for a preteen unless an undergarment which offers full coverage is going to be worn underneath.  Can be dressed up or down.  It's a multi event piece.
