I am not 100% sure that these are men's. But I'm leaving detailed measurements below. They could honestly go either way. The inseam to the bottom of the pants is around 27 inches long From the crotch to the top, it is 13 1/2 inches… So these would be considered a high-rise fit From the top of the pant to the bottom, it is 39 inches The waist is 15 inches across one way… So a 30 inch waist. The pants do have a stretch and a drawstring.
