In great condition - one spot on inside near cuff - see photos. Otherwise excellent. There is a possible hemline as well as cut off. Dark rinse. Approximate measurements (inches) lying flat, there is a little bit of stretch. Across waist 12 - (thus size 24) Rise: 10 hips 16 outseam from waist to hem: 13 1/2 inches inseam: 4 inches
