It’s lined, but the sleeves are not lined- this actually made it more comfortable to wear inside an actual office! Measures 19.5” from armpit to end of sleeve, Top of shoulder-to-shoulder is 17.5”, and from the back, from collar to bottom of jacket measures 23.5” Easy wash, tumble dry, and if it needs ironing, it is super easy to press!
