BCX Flowy Floral Dress with Necklace

A flowing, floral, feminine confection! This sleeveless, knee-length dress features cape-like flutter panels at the back that add movement and interest. There is a small keyhole in front and a larger keyhole in the back beneath a two-button closure. This dress also comes with an attached (and removable) necklace! The necklace is a long golden tassel suspended from a rectangular orange-pink stone. Dress and lining are 100% polyester. Measurements: Bust: 18", Waist: 18.5", Length: 35" I measured the liner to find the waist measurement. The flow of the dress complements the moderate stretch of the liner to allow for a variety of shapes and sizes. •All measurements taken flat. •No damage or flaws. •From a smoke-free and pet-free home.
