BCBGeneration ruffled crop top size small

BCBGeneration blue ruffled crop top, size small. The top has flower like designs embroidered on and it can be worn on or off-shoulder. The back has a stretchy material used to fit your body. The shirt still has the tags and hasn’t been worn before. It is in very good condition.
