NWOT. Color is black/grey but in some lighting it looks navy.
It’s got a lining to cover everything from breast down, but above that is semi sheer, very beautiful. I couldn’t find the fabric tag but my guess is polyester or a thin crepe maybe? I’m short and on me it covers my bottom and then some, but I imagine on a tall person it would be mini style. Looks great with boots.
