Does this material stretch? Will it fit 36d chest?

@shelly592 Hi Shelly! It doesn’t stretch but I am a 34DD and it fits me perfectly with a strapless bra on. It’s not too tight in the chest area or near underarms. In this picture, I was too lazy to put a proper bra on which is why I might be appearing smaller in that area. 🙃
