BCBGeneration Polka Dot Knee Length Ruffle Skirt

BCBGeneration skirt with lots of pleats, ruffled, lots of ruffles, small polka dots, polka dotted, sheer skirt with a lining underneath, chiffon type of fabric, knee length, the polka dots look like dots made by a thin paintbrush. This is in perfect condition, never been worn. Came from a sample sale but it didn't fit me.
