NWOT, chic black faux wrap style dress with long sleeves. The dress has a short lining and ties around the waist. One of the waist tie loops is torn. There are two back cut outs, a long narrower cutout at the top and a circular shape cutout below. The higher cutout looks to have some relatively minor tearing or some stitching came undone at the bottom of the cutout. Both of these flaws may be a quick fix for someone who can sew.
