Hi, what is the measurement for the waist?

@classiccoolchic unstretched, it's 13 inches across. the back has elastic, so the waist stretches to about 15. and then the tie is functional if you need it a smidge tighter. I wore it as a size 2 or 26. let me know if you have more questions!
