Gorgeous 100% silk BCBG dress that I believe is vintage from the early 2000s/y2k era. Super on-trend bubble hem skirt. Ties at the waist. In excellent preowned condition. Only issue is that the pull on the zipper is missing (see last photo). The zipper still works just fine.
