This dress is white and black, but I found some photos with blue accents just to show it better. White Chiffon (100% Polyester). Sleeveless. V-neckline with illusion lace cut-outs. Sheer full skirt with black grosgrain ribbon at waist. Hidden back zipper with hook-and-eye closure. Partially lined. Dress runs true to size. BUST: Great for any cup size - comfortable room at bust 
WAIST: Fitted - dress fitted at natural waist 
HIPS: Not Fitted - comfortable room for hips
