This is a gorgeous skirt by BCBG MaxAzria. The broomstick style has panels of velvet and chiffon, one layer of which has sparkly golden thread woven in swirls. Never worn, the skirt is approximately 39" long and would be perfect for Fall and Winter. It's a truly beautiful skirt, but I'm afraid the pictures don't do this one justice.
