BCBGMAXAZRIA size XS Black pleated and ruffle dress with statement collar! Can definitely fit a size S (I am a size S) This ruffled VINTAGE office siren dress is gorgeous and so elegant. It is phenomenal condition and hugs your body! The dress features a belt, however, the belt is not in great condition (due to dress being over 10+ yrs old!). I will gladly ship with the belt, but no promises on if it can be saved. Otherwise, the dress itself is in perfect state.
