NEW WITH TAG!!! This dress is beautiful I just haven't doing an action to wear it, been sitting in my closet for years. It is strapless and has roushing at the top. There is a slit in the bottom half and where the roushing divides the slit are gorgeous rhinestones. Very well made! Has boning to keep form, straps to hang, and lining to help hold up the bust area since its strapless.
