This lovely chiffon dress from BCBGeneration has a sheer top layer in navy with an opaque lining under it. The lining stops 6 inches from the top in the front and 8 inches in back. This creates a sheer neckline that’s absolutely beautiful. Both front and back have keyhole closures at the neckline; the one in front is closed by a strip of fabric and the one in back has a hook and eye closure. There are also sheer ruffles at the front.
