BCBG blue & white floral blouse

This is a great blouse! It is cinched around the waist and then flows loosely. It has gathers around the end of the arms and the top and can be worn a few different ways- off one shoulder, off both or regularly positioned on top of shoulders. Has a tie on the left side and has only been worn once.
