Roomy Skirt -13” waist . Bottom of the skirt scallops and measures 26 “long at shortest point and 28” at the longest scallop. Hips 21”. Skirt has 2 darts in front, is lined and has pockets!l Back zipper 7.5”. Excellent condition. Labeled Size 2 but I wear an 8 so go off measurements please.
