Vintage BCBG MaxAzria art deco style strappy heels

Vintage preloved strappy art deco designed low heeled shoes. Great with jeans they are a mix of black suede and tan leather. Size 9 1/2 with a 3 inch heel. No loose threads and both heels have rubber caps. With the exception of the wear shown in the toe bed, on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best these are an 8!
