excellent pre-owned condition. extremely soft and stretchy does not feel like traditional velor. it is a lot softer but it is not crushed velvet either. the fabric tag and size tag are missing. the size looks like a small or size 2 or 4. it is stretchy but I wouldn't push it past a size 6 also, it may look a bit more flattering on a xs size frame the skirt is knee length or just above the knee
