@sarajcloset The dress has little wear. There are no stains and it is in very good condition. I have measured from the top of the bust area to the bottom hem and it measures 25 1/2 inches in length. I’m not sure what the maximum bust measurement would be. I have measured from the front bust area only from right to left seam and it measures 16”. This does not take into consideration the depth or cup size. An “A” cup would be too small.

Not sure if a 36” bust would just make a fuller fit with cleavage or not. Sorry I’m not concrete on my answer to the bust question.
