BCBG Ruffle Full Length Skirt

Midnight blue skirt with black elastic waistband. Front and back are identical with two ruffles that run asymmetrically from waist to hemline. Includes pockets. This skirt flows so nicely when walking. Very flattering for all body types. Despite this skirt being a small, the elastic waistband is quite stretchy. I was wearing a size 10 in jeans when I wore this skirt. Flat waist: 16” Waist to hemline: 41”
