New. If worn, maybe once. Solid block heel. Suede upper with a leather belt that buckles around the upper part. There’s a dark spot on the suede but is not visible when the boots are worn bc it’s right under the belt. See pics for better details. Love them but since I’m 5-10 I never wear tall heels. I’m usually in flats. Priced to sell!
