Hi I am so sorry to be so late to reply. The fabric is super stretchy to just mention so a bust measurement isn't really that helpful. My bust is 38 and someone smaller or larger could certainly wear this. The shoulder measurement of what rests on the shoulder is 2" and then there is the shear fabric. The bottom is scalloped and the shortest part is about 39" from the front of the dress. Hope this helps, and once again sorry I was slow in responding....

@dahliana hi there. It’s 20” testing flat but the material is stretchy (see other comments) and easily stretches to 22”
