BCBG Max Azria Dress

Navy blue half sleeve dress. Kriss Kross front with open back and twist fabric at top back neck. Scrunch material at lower back and scrunch banding at waist. Just under knee length. Needs to be worn with a slip. Good overall condition small minor hole at left top sleeve (photo 8), minor pull at stitch a bottom seam(photo 9). No stains. Size xsmall, Made in USA, 94% rayon and 6% spandex. Top of dress is fitted, and bottom goes from fitted to flowy.
