alg08e @adoraffordable I think I measured it right! It was approx. 34 inches around the top trim (very top of the dress where the elastic is). Keep in mind there is a stretch to it and the chest area has built in padding so there's extra room for your chest. I added some pictures, so take a look and see if that helps!
