Ruched and elasticated across back, fully adjustable straps. Beautifully lined, outer silk shell is tiered /layered lower part of the skirt. Pull on / no zipper. Shell 100% silk, lining 100% polyester, V neck, sleeveless, elastic/ruched on back, adjustable straps, tie belt. Measurements laying flat: Empire waistband to hem 23" Waistband 12" (Elasticated/ruched and is very stretchy!) Armpit to armpit: 14" Dry cleaned *slight mark on one side of the tie belt shown in last picture*
