Beautiful fit with tie around waist that can be worn as a wrap around obi style tied in front or tie with in a bow in back. Dolman sleeves are a nice length showing a little arm but not too much! Deep V-neck can be worn with a cami underneath or as is. The sleeves and bottom of dress have a solid blue band and the rest is in a bold geometric splash of color!
