Beautiful strapless, empire waist gown from BCBG. The print is a watercolor of blue hues from very light to dark navy. The way this dress flows reminds me of the ocean. With the quality and fit you will be the prettiest mermaid at the ball! Unfortunately for me, I never got a chance to wear this gown so you will receive a brand new dress with tags attached and black straps if you prefer to attach to the gown.
