For the flaws, is the one on the right side a stain, bare worn wool or both? is the stain on the collar on the inside or outside where it can be seen when worn?

@dcgrah, sorry for the late reply. Stain is located right where the collar folds down . The front stain looks to be a water mark. May come out once dry cleaned.
