Flattering neck-tied halter made by BCBG in size L. Has a side sipper for better fitting, lined bodice, slight flare at bottom. Depending on your size, you can wear this top without a bra. The length hits a few inches below belt. The neck tie is fully adjustable and can be tied in many different ways.
