This is a stunning party cocktail dress by BCBG that has a black sleeveless top and a shimmery silver gray skirt that has a balloon style to it. There are very beautiful hand made flowers created with the same fabric as the dress and they line around the bottom of the hem. The strips of fabric wrap in circles and are made into large flowers that are very unique. There is a left side zipper and the black top against the shiny silver skirt are a super contrast.
