Hi - I bought this on posh too and i really like it, but the shoulders don't work for me b/c i'm broad shouldered naturally. This would suit someone (I think) who needs a little more line at the shoulder. I'm 5' 1" and 110 and it's just a big large on me. Dress is perfect but for one thread on the back of which there is a pic that shows it. It's absolutely minor and don't consider it a flaw per se, but it should be disclosed for transparency. It's a nice, professional and classic dress.
