Cute and flirty dress by Banana Republic. The fabric is a cotton blend textured fabric and a little heavier than you'd expect. A lot of body and so flattering. Fit and flare style. It has a 4" waist band and then gathered to a very full flared skirt. The collar is banded as well,. The collars, sleeves and hem are frayed. The print is a take on an Aztec design in black and cream. Never worn! Measurements: Bust: 18" Waist band is 15" across on the top seam and 17" on the lower part and it is 4" wide Length: 31".
