Banana republic, sleeveless blouse with beautiful cascading ruffles down the front. Slightly pleated at the bottom where the body of the fabric joins the hem. Plunging neckline. Opening slit at the back of the neck with a pretty gold button. Similar split at bottom left side of the hem with two gold button closure. This really is a true fuchsia pink. My second photo shows the closest color match. (unfortunately my lighting makes it look more red than fuchsia.)
