These are the desired tap shoes for beginners. They are a size 6 but tap shoes should be 2 sizes up from your regular street shoe. So these would fit a girls foot size 4. They are gently used , a few scratches but can be shined easily. I really don’t think they need it as it wouldn’t be noticeable when worn.
