BABY BLUE LACE/CROCHET TOP HI-LOW DRESS

I am selling this pretty baby blue hi-low dress with a lace crochet detailed top. I had gotten this as a gift. She bought it from Apricot Lane but it unfortunately did not fit me... It is a SMALL but since I am smaller chested the top didn't fit me. Since it is brand new I will be selling it for $40 (OP. $46). 100% polyester. It also includes clear straps... Still has tag and everything. Very pretty! I am 5'4 and the length is perfect.
