☁BABY BLUE DRESS ☁

Brand : Forever 21 SIZE: 2. I'm a size 00 /0 it fits okay on me I just dont have the curves to fill it out nicely. Will suit a size 2 well. This can be worn in a work environment or on a nice night. Its a cute versatile dress :) I did want to disclose that there are 3 spots on the dress. See pictures 5 and 6 as reference. Hat NOT included.
