B Darlin Wine Red Dress

I just bought this dress from a seller here a couple days ago. The reason I'm reselling is because I tried it on, and the dress fits me everywhere but the shoulders which is a huge bummer. Shoulders don’t have very much movement in them. Measurements are shown in the pictures, length is about 24" I'm 5'1 and the dress falls right on my knees. Waist is 24" bust 28" and shoulders from end to end about 17". Dress is a size 0 and it zips up perfectly and has a good amount of stretch from bust down. My loss is your gain.
