Brand new, never worn. I say the dress is TTS. Perfect for fall bridesmaids! I am open to offers but please keep in mind I spent almost triple the original price with shipping, tax, and tailoring. The front detachable buttons of the straps have been maintained, so you can snap those off and sneak the straps down your back to wear the dress strapless. I misplaced the original thin straps that they came with (though they were cheap and didn't look good with the dress. I will include with the order if I end up finding them). The dress has been hemmed to be floor-length for a 5'4" individual wearing 3.5" inch heels, so there is still some wiggle room if you're around my height or someone taller.
