Avon VTG "2" Capitol Building EMPTY Decanters. 1 White, 1 Amber Both bottles are in good condition. The white bottle appears to be cleaner in appearance. See Photos. NOTE: The top of the bottles are different. The white bottle includes the 'Statue of Freedom' figure on the top, the amber bottle does not. Looking at other listings it is unclear if the missing figure is by design, of the specific year of the bottle, or if it is missing. I am going with it is missing, broken off.
