Avon - Festive Frankie 'White Light' Fiber Optic Scarecrow Halloween During testing - Steady White Fiber optic Light – ONLY – Did not change colors. See Video. Scarecrow was new in box, never used. I had to cut the factory packaging/tape on box to test functionality. Fiber optic lights up using included power cord and adapter. Included video shows Fiber Optic Lights on Scarecrow functioning. In sitting position, scarecrow is approximately 14 inches tall, 17.5 inches from back to end of leg, and 9 inches wide. Scarecrow was designed to sit on edge of a shelf (with the legs dangling) or on a table. The box has some, what looks like water, damage possibly due to being stored for decades. See Photos.
