Avocado Quilted Protector (flaw)

It’s a pillow case that I never used but was given by avocado. This pillow case came dirty and I just washed it. It may contain flaws on the inside. I never used it I just washed it. I believe it has two tears. Update: sun damage as well Let me know if you want more pictures! This is how I received it from their website. Thanks
