Brand new with tags. Purchased it for a holiday party that didn’t happen and missed my return window. Lol Black and super sparkly! Stretchy material that’s kinda sheer. I was going to wear it with sparkly black leggings, a black camisole under neath and chunky booties. It has a bias cut as well so had a unique look to it.
