From Avenue. Purchased brand new around 2015 but never worn. Outer dress is 92% nylon and 8% spandex. Lining (attached) is 100% polyester. Dress does have stretch. Circle skirt with cute cap sleeves. Size 24W. Made in China. Comes with belt (not attached). Measurements (flat) -- pit to pit: 25"; waist:, which is elastised, 22" when flat and 27" when extended; length from waist to bottom: 22 1/2".
